How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Bepi Tosolini Grappa di Moscato|
|3/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water|
|1/2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
Omit the lemon garnish and instead float a few dashes of bitters and this tasty, aromatic cocktail is a ringer for a Pisco Sour.
