Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Vodka from freezer
12 oz Ambrato/ambre/amber vermouth chilled
16 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry chilled
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Gorgonzola (or Roquefort) cheese stuffed large olive (well chilled)

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled (preferably frozen) glass.

Adapted from a recipe created by Monica Berg at Tayēr + Elementary, London, England. The original is batch prepared and based on the bar's house vodka, Riserva Speciale Ambrato Vermouth and Una Palma fino sherry.

A very sophisticated Martini. We think that the Roquefort stuffed olive works better with the drier sibling 'Three Gulps Martini'. With this one, we go with a faintly chilli stuffed capsicum olive.
