How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
1 1/3 fl oz | Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.) |
5/6 fl oz | Amaro (e.g. Montenegro) |
1/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
2 dash | Pimento bitters |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Review:
Dashes of bitters just keep this from wavering onto the sweet side of bittersweet. Honey adds delicate richness to rye whiskey and amaro.
