Even people who claimed they don’t like chartreuse loved it! It was the hit of the party.

Beware: This will drain your bottle!

Can't believe I waited so long to make this (was coveting my Chartreuse). Falernum is a beautiful bridge between the pineapple and Chartreuse. Really a wonderful cocktail.

That is dangerously good. And I’m not even a big chartreuse fan.

Can you use allspice dram instead of falernum?

No. Allspice dram and falernum are very different.

I make this often, but opting to conserve Chartreuse, using 30ML galliano 🤌 and 20 amaro (montenegro) , delicious.

Tried it with green and yellow chartreuse. I preferred the green. Yellow was a little too sweet. Great cocktail for people who may not be fans of Chartreuse. I really liked it!

I recently acquired Absinthe, decided to add 5Ml to compliment the chartreuse, lovely outcome. I used yellow chart.
