Swap honey syrup for Saint Germaine. Divine.

I use equal parts St. Germaine, honey, and lemon and it's one of the most popular drinks I serve.

I tried to use it to mask a poor quality gin and thought it unsuccessful. My wife thought it was decent though.

I really like the version with OJ. Was out of oranges and subbed Curaçao. Thought it was exceptional.

I like it, but I omit the orange juice.

I am actually in preference for the standard version. The honey and orange combine in a palatable way, but nothing even close to spectacular. The Blooded Knees however... now that is a stunning drink.

Very citrus forward with a hint of the honey. The gin adds some light herbal flavours which enhance the citrus. Not overly sweet. Very pleasant.

This was a real crowd pleaser at a recent get together. Definitely recommend. (Also made Beelzebubs which went down well too)
