Tasty and refreshing. But with such low alcohol it need not be so tiny. I say "make mine a double".

Gin, Dry vermouth, Chilli liqueur
Very nice alternative to an evening Manhatten or Old Fashioned.
Q (maybe others I'm not aware of) makes a tropical ginger beer that goes great with this drink. The black rum is very much "at home" with the mango and passion fruit essences in this particular ginger beer. They were made for each other.
Worth buying a bottle of Ramazzotti just to make these. Practically perfect.
Especially great with a juniper forward classic London Dry.
If you are disenchanted with the modern Roses but want to be authentic, there are recipes online for making your own lime cordial. They are simple and make a big difference. Lack the pretty green color but su stance over looks.
A new Christmas classic to sip while watching an old Christmas classic!
Benjamin Franklin supposedly said that wine "was proof that God loves us". I have mused that if he'd had a Martini he would have said that about them. I love them all from dry through perfect to the Martinez. This one is just plain awesome.
An instant favorite as a flattering innaugural showcase for my homemade grenadine and creme de menthe. I was concerned because the latter was more subdued than commercial stuff but it shines here without being overwhelming.
I love this. Use a juniper forward London Dry and the curacao provides nice balance in my opinion.

Gin, Lemon juice, Honey & water syrup, Orange Curaçao
I really like the version with OJ. Was out of oranges and subbed Curaçao. Thought it was exceptional.
I prefer the oj addition here to the classic.
But I was just out of oranges so subbed a half oz. of Curacao. Try it! Delish!
Was out of limes so used lemon. I liked it better! I'm thinking lemon pairs better with apples than lime does.
I’m kind of partial to the Swedish Margarita also.
I’ve loved this cocktail ever since I found it in Ted Haigh’s Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails. To me, the lime essential. Trying to revive it by converting the many Moscow Mule drinkers out there…it is SO much more interesting!
Delicious and unfortunately not all that well known in the States. Has become a favorite in my house. A fantastic sub for vodka in a mule.
I agree with others here. I made it with maraschino syrup at recipe proportions and it overwhelmed the drink, I felt. On second try I knocked the syrup down to 10 ml and the cognac up to 40 ml and it was delicious. I’m thinking 7.5 ml with the higher cognac might approach perfection.
Great drink. Let the peach ripen to almost overripe and you can cut back on the syrup a bit. Also I’m going to kick up the bourbon to 1.75 oz. next time as I felt it got a little lost. Finally I didn’t have Creme de Peche, but had Abricot du Roussillon and Creme de Cassis. Both worked well. Patience required when straining!
Vodka, Becherovka liqueur, Lime juice, Ginger beer
This is an outstanding version of a margarita (go ahead and salt that rim if you like). Kudos to Simon for thinking to sub Curaçao with Swedish Punsch. It complements reposado in a wonderful way. No sweetener necessary.
