How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and half-moon lime slice.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Express lime zest twist over cocktail and discard.
Garnish with half-moon lime slice on rim.

A simple and worthwhile pleasure.
Clean and clear when cold, it looks pleasingly green with a slice of lime.
I can almost taste chocolate with all the herbs.

This makes me feel like I have passed out on a wealthy persons front lawn and woke up in the morning chewing the soft grass clippings. It is quite enjoyable.

The initial taste hit from this was quite herby but with a tartness from the sherry and lime bitters. I wasn't sure aboy it but by the time I had got past the third sip I was already thinking about having another.
This is a really great drink - bags of flavours, cleansing on the palate and so easy to drink.
