Glass:
Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 1⁄2 fl oz | Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao |
| 1 fl oz | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 1 scoop | Vanilla ice cream |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of 3 coffee beans.
How to make:
- BLEND all ingredients with three cubes of ice.
- POUR into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.

Review:
Based on the eponymous classic Italian dessert, this after-dinner cocktail blends coffee and chocolate with ice-cream, appropriately fortified with a splash of grappa.
History:
Created in 2013 by yours truly for Jamie Oliver's Jamie's Italian bars.
