3/4 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
3/4 fl oz | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
3/4 fl oz | Strucchi Bianco Vermouth |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
- Fill glass with ice and briefly stir.
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

As the name suggests, this pisco-based, five equal parts, vivid yellow bittersweet aperitif was inspired by the classic Negroni and three of the world's most iconic yellow liqueurs: limoncello, gentian and Chartreuse Jaune.
