3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
3/4 fl oz | Suco fresco de Laranja |
Como fazer:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare orange zest and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry for garnish.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Express orange zest twist over cocktail and discard. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Comentários:
A Blood & Sand made with tequila. A classic Scotch whisky-based Blood & Sand is made with equal parts of all four ingredients, but the cherry brandy, vermouth and orange seem to overwhelm tequila when used in place of Scotch, hence the much higher proportion of spirit in this riff.
