Less is more. A master class in simplicity and balance. We sometimes think the maraschino cherry has become a bit of a tired cliche as a garnish. But here it's perfect.

Certainly very tasty made with Cappelletti, if perhaps a bit rich. Maybe more bourbon. (Made with 99 proof.) Love to try this with Savoia Americano. Haven't found it in my market. Still excellent.
