Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Absolut Vanilia Vodka
34 oz Peachtree peach schnapps
34 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
1 12 oz Single cream/half-and-half
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of flaked almonds.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Melba is a name given to various dishes dedicated to Dame Nellie Melba, the 19th century Australian opera singer. Peach Melba was created in 1892 by the world famous chef Georges-Auguste Escoffier, who was the business partner of César Ritz.
