How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

3/4 fl oz Peachtree peach schnapps
3/4 fl oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)

Not quite Peach Melba dessert, but rich and tasty all the same.

History:

Melba is a name given to various dishes dedicated to Dame Nellie Melba, the 19th century Australian opera singer. Peach Melba was created in 1892 by the world famous chef Georges-Auguste Escoffier, who was the business partner of César Ritz.
