| 3/4 fl oz | Peach schnapps liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Bols Black Raspberry Liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Whipping cream |

Serve in a Martini glass
Method
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of flaked almonds.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History
Melba is a name given to various dishes dedicated to Dame Nellie Melba, the 19th century Australian opera singer. Peach Melba was created in 1892 by the world famous chef Georges-Auguste Escoffier, who was the business partner of César Ritz.
