Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
1 oz Pineapple juice
23 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
0.42 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 23 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple or lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
  5. Garnish with pineapple or lime wedge on rim.

It's okay, it was a bit flat for me so I added a few dashes of angostura bitters

Good drink, if a bit uninspiring. Decent low alcohol drink though. I still would pick a standard Pineapple Daiquiri though.
