Ingredients:
56 fl oz Blended Scotch whisky
56 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
56 fl oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered green olives.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Garnish with skewered olives.

1/3 jigger Tom gin.
1/3 jigger Scotch whiskey.

A cocktail for whiskey lovers who want to drink from a martini glass!
I used Monkey Shoulder which retained its character with the Old Tom gin and dry vermouth

Very good martini. The Whisky and Gin work great together. Completely different flavour profile. Enjoyed very much.
