Review

Some will debate if a cocktail without rum should carry the name Daiquiri but move past that and this cocktail tastes exactly as its name suggests.

AKA: Paradoxon

I found this very one dimensional. While it was in the daiquiri style, it seemed to be missing something. The citrus seems to overshadow the apple flavour of the Calvados. Perhaps maybe some Apple Schnapps instead of the sugar syrup. It is OK, but not high on my list.

Rethinking the experience, next time I would try to use only lemon juice and indeed reduce the sugar syrup.

Delicious, let us say soft but not sweet. We liked it much! We suggest as name "Paradoxon" because it is no daiquiri, but made as.
