How to make:

SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with splash soda.

1 2/3 fl oz Irish whiskey
1/3 fl oz Green Chartreuse liqueur
1/3 fl oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
1 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
1/3 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Created in 2006 by yours truly in London, England. (Better if it had been Dublin or Cork!)
