How to make:
SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with splash soda.
|1 2/3 fl oz||Irish whiskey|
|1/3 fl oz||Green Chartreuse liqueur|
|1/3 fl oz||Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe|
|1/3 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|1 dash||La Fée Parisienne absinthe|
|1/3 fl oz||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
