How to make:
SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with splash soda.
1 2/3 fl oz | The Busker Blended Irish Whiskey |
1/3 fl oz | Green Chartreuse liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe |
1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
1/3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Verdant, vibrant, and virtuous - so virtuous that it's saintly! Faintly minty, herbal, and citrusy with whiskey making it a helluva craic.
History:
Created in 2006 by yours truly in London, England. (Better if it had been Dublin or Belfast!)
