Glass:

Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin from freezer
13 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
1 23 oz Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and cucumber slice.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
  2. Garnish with cucumber slice floated on surface.

Absolutely delicious, but those quantities make a fairly big drink for something meant to be served up - it’s like a normal 5:1 martini but with an extra two parts. I might suggest this is two drinks, or otherwise use the same proportions but scaled down? Or of course you can also drink the whole thing as written, but either it has to be drunk too fast for wisdom or it will be unpleasantly warm by the time you’re done!
