Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
16 oz Ambrato/ambre/amber vermouth
0.08 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist (expressed & discarded) & skewered Fragata Green Olive.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Love this! I have been adding fino to my dry martinis for a while now but am still not sure about the ‘modern’ addition of bitters

Hi Simon. There are two Dry Vermouths listed in the ingredients. Should one be Bianco?
