How to make:
BLEND all ingredients with a 6oz scoop of crushed ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Seasonal variation: 30 ml strawberry puree as substitute for fresh strawberries.

Unknown but the earliest published recipe is said to be in home economist, Mabel Stegner's 1952 book Electric Blender Recipes.
