1 12 fl oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
4 13 fl oz Ginger beer
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange or lime slice wheel or wedge.

How to make:

  1. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  2. Briefly STIR.

A found a 1:2.5 ratio prevented the ginger beer from getting overpowered, but I imagine it depends on the whisky and beer you're using. A dash of bitters is also welcome

It's refreshing. I added a dash of Regan's Orange Bitters.
