½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
fl oz Giffard Orgeat Syrup
fl oz Giffard Grenadine Syrup
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

Balanced sweet and sour with bourbon to the fore.
