Ingredients:
1 13 oz Jamaican aged blended rum with funk
2 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

Great milk cocktail that's not overly sweet. Seems like you could have some fun trying it with different funky Jamaican rums.
