| 3/4 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Monin Grenadine Syrup |
| 1/3 fl oz | Chilled water/mineral water (omit if using wet ice) |
| 2 drop | Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s (optional) |

Nice, easy drink

HUAPALA COCKTAIL
¾ ounce light Puerto Rican rum
¾ ounce gin
½ ounce lemon juice
1 dash grenadine
Shake with ice cubes. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
In his book, Vic prefaces this cocktail with the comment, "Nice, easy drink". It's basically a lemon Daiquiri with gin and grenadine.
Makes a minimum of 33 cocktails.
