Fresh blackberry sat heroically atop crushed ice summit (it survived the muddler to reach its peak)
How to make:
MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Serve with a cut-down paper straw.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Ketel One Vodka|
|5/6 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2/3 fl oz||Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne|
|1/6 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)|
