Ingredients:

5 fresh	Blackberries
1 1⁄2 oz	Ketel One Vodka
5⁄6 oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2⁄3 oz	Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
1⁄6 oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of blackberry.

How to make:

3. MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker.
4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
5. FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

6. Garnish with blackberry sat heroically atop crushed ice summit. (It survived the muddler to reach its peak.)
7. Serve with a straw.
