2 fl oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
3/4 fl oz Sauternes dessert wine (chilled)
1/4 fl oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1/6 fl oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with dehydrated apple slice floated on cocktail.
