Ingredients:
1 oz Amaro Montenegro
1 oz Italian Brandy
1 oz Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
13 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare coffee beans for garnish.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on the surface to represent health, wealth and happiness.

Rich and delicious! Made with Darvelle Freres V.S.O.P. brandy, Cocchi Dopo Teatro vermouth amaro, and freshly ground coffee brewed in a moka pot. Excellent! ♡
