How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare garnish of skewered Tomolive (pickled green tomato) or cherry tomato.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's Navy Strength Royal Dock Gin (from freezer) |
3/4 fl oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth (chilled) |
1/2 fl oz | Tomato liqueur |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
2 drop | Bob's Coriander Bitters |
