SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Comment:

It’s obvious that this Blood & Sand-like cocktail contains Fernet Branca, it has an almost smoky herbal influence. Maple syrup is an inspired sweetener and flavour enhancer.

Origin:

Created in September 2013 by Mickaël Lenu, a Frenchman while working at Ancestral bar in Wellington, New Zealand.
