1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) |

Turf Cocktail.

One dash Angostura bitters, three dashes orange bitters, one jigger Tom gin in a mixing-glass half-fill fine ice. Mix, strain into cocktail-glass; add a piece twisted lemon peel.
