1 3/4 fl oz | Rutte Old Simon Genever |
1 1/4 fl oz | Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth |
1 dash | Boker's bitters |

Review:
The original recipe was actually 2/3rds genever to 1/3 sweet vermouth but this produces an overly dry cocktail so I've upped the proportion of vermouth to genever. Made with a quality genever oude this cocktail is almost nutty and makes for an interesting aperitif.

Two-thirds Hollands Gin (Stir)
