Created on the 28th November 2014 by yours truly (Simon Difford) to celebrate the premiere of Paddington Bear the movie. Paddington is a Peruvian bear who has a penchant for marmalade sandwiches – hence the use of both marmalade and Peruvian pisco in this Martini.
