Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 oz Green melon liqueur
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Gently roll muddler over rosemary sprig to release aromas before adding to glass.

How to make:

Place two long slices of cucumber into ice-filled glass. Add melon liqueur and gin and stir. TOP with tonic water and stir again.

Review:

Slightly sweet, light, fruity and summery.

Top up is a measurement that should be avoided. 9-12 cl of tonic seems right for this recipe.

It would probably taste better with a little less Midori

My first thought was: midori and tonic? that sounds awful. My first few sips: actually this is great. The rest of the drink: this tastes of midori, and not in a good way...

Used Midori and Suntory Roku gin. Substituted Watermelon Soda Water for Tonic. Delicious way to bring on summer in mid-winter.
