How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest & mint sprigs.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Express lemon zest twist over cocktail and discard. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2013 by George Megalokonomos at Food Mafia, Athens, Greece. This was the winning cocktail in the Mediterranean Cocktails Challenge 2013.
