an Old-fashioned glass...
1 spoon Strawberry conserve jam (heaped)
1⅔ fl oz Cognac
fl oz Pinot Noir red wine
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

STIR strawberry conserve and cognac in base of shaker until conserve is dissolved. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Half strawberry & mint sprig

Comment:

As Robb, the creator of this drink, says, it is “short strong and fruity, pulls out all the deeper notes from the cognac.”
