How to make:
STIR strawberry conserve and cognac in base of shaker until conserve is dissolved. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
|1 spoon||Strawberry jam/preserve/conserve (heaped)|
|1 2/3 fl oz||Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac|
|2/3 fl oz||Pinot Noir red wine|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/6 fl oz||Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water|
|2 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
