How to make:
STIR strawberry conserve and cognac in base of shaker until conserve is dissolved. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
1 spoon | Strawberry jam/preserve/conserve (heaped) |
1 2/3 fl oz | Cognac |
2/3 fl oz | Pinot Noir red wine |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
