Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Suze gentian liqueur
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (US)
2 dash La Fee Parisienne absinthe
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a spear of ice). TOP with soda.

History:

This cocktail was published in an article called The Golden Cocktail Mile for the release of the 2013 World's End film comic science fiction film. It is named after the first pub on the bar crawl that Simon Peg and co. embark on in the film.

Created in 2013 by Alastair Walker, then at The Everleigh in Melbourne, Australia.

Brilliant cocktail. Ran out of lime so ended up 30 ml lime/30 ml lemon. Garnished with star anise
