Serve in a Collins glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄2 oz | Suze gentian liqueur |
1 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (US) |
2 dash | La Fee Parisienne absinthe |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Lime wedge
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a spear of ice). TOP with soda.
Pale green in colour with a refreshing bitter/sour sweet profile.
This cocktail was published in an article called The Golden Cocktail Mile for the release of the 2013 World's End film comic science fiction film. It is named after the first pub on the bar crawl that Simon Peg and co. embark on in the film.
