How to make:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a spear of ice). TOP with soda.
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
2 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

This cocktail was published in an article called The Golden Cocktail Mile for the release of the 2013 World's End film comic science fiction film. It is named after the first pub on the bar crawl that Simon Peg and co. embark on in in the film.
