Review:

Not the most endearing of names but this spirituous late-night sipper has broad family appeal beyond just uncles, so long as they have a taste for bittersweet peaty whisky. OK, perhaps just the discerning among the family circle.

Love the name and love the cocktail. Has a good punch and bursts of flavours.
Perfect for after dinner or in the evening. We are enjoying while watching a concert from the Verbier Music Festival from Switzerland.
It is sweet as I would expect this type of cocktail, but may take the vermouth down a bit.

This is fantastic! Tastes like leather.
Pair with the movie Tombstone.
So good I made a second one.
