Excellent! I used 10 ml honey syrup (ratio 2:1). Lovely flavours. Fruity and fresh. Added the recipe to my favourites.

I have reformulated the recipe to suit my taste: 10ml of honey syrup (ratio 2:1), 60ml of grapefruit juice, a drop of saline solution and grapefruit bitter.

What would be the specs with honey 3:1 syrup? I imagine it takes a while to get the honey dissolved with vodka

I'd start with 10ml but you raise a good point - I need to remake this and reformulate recipe with honey syrup.
