Serve in a Martini glass
2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1 1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
This cocktail is deliciously simple, fruity, and ridiculously easy to drink. The quality and freshness of your pineapple juice are key to this cocktail's success, so muddling fresh pineapple instead of using juice also works well.
Adapted from a recipe created in 1997 by Ben Reed at the Met Bar in London, England. Ben has appointed, or should I say anointed, the 26th June as International Pineapple Martini Day.

This is neither Martini nor Daiquiri and it's just punchy pineapple juice.
