Review:

Classically a three-equal parts Perfect Martini is called the Queen. My Jubilee rendition of a Queen Martini uses Dubonnet Red (said to be one of the Queen's favourite tipples) in place of sweet vermouth.

Variant:

Queen Elizabeth

History:

Created in March 2022 by yours truly in honour of Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee.

Nutrition:

117 calories

Alcohol content:

  • 1.3 standard drinks
  • 20.62% alc./vol. (41.24° proof)
  • 18.6 grams of pure alcohol
