Lemon & orange zest twists (discarded) and float 3 coffee beans
How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Patrón Reposado tequila|
|2/3 fl oz||Antica Formula or other well aged sweet vermouth|
|1/4 fl oz||Luxardo Maraschino liqueur|
|1/4 fl oz||Lavender sugar syrup|
|2 drops||Bob's Lavender Bitters (optional)|
|1/3 fl oz||Chilled water|
Tequila and lavender are a match made in heaven, made more complex with herbal wine notes from the vermouth and aromatised by delicately fruity maraschino cherry. Dilution is so key to the cocktail that please consider serving on-the-rocks.
