How to make:
Multiply recipe to produce volume to two-thirds fill your cask, STIR and pour into cask. To serve drink: Dispense amount from cask, STIR with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Cognac VSOP|
|1 fl oz||Disaronno amaretto|
|1/2 fl oz||Averna Amaro|
|2 dash||Bob's Vanilla bitters|
|1/6 fl oz||Islay single malt Scotch whisky|
Cognac, amaretto and amaro aromatised with vanilla bitters and Islay single malt.
