How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/3 fl oz||Patrón Silver blanco tequila|
|1/3 fl oz||Green Chartreuse liqueur|
|1/3 fl oz||Mentzendorff Kümmel liqueur|
|1/3 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|2/3 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
Citrusy fresh and herbaceous, particularly caraway from the Kummel, with tequila providing the backbone.
