Lemon zest twist (discarded) & float 3 coffee beans on surface of drink
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Bacardi Gold rum|
|1 fl oz||Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot)|
|2/3 fl oz||Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur|
|2 dash||Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)|
Naturally, this also works well with well-aged rums, but I prefer the cleaner bite of a rum with a mere three years or so age in this delicious cocktail.
