How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/3 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
5/6 fl oz | Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water |
1/2 fl oz | Pasteurised egg white |
Review:
Rich gin-laced Grand Marnier and tart sour lemon juice nestle harmoniously under a fluffy head.
