Solid drink. Nice twist on a White Lady. I'm finding myself wanting more gin dominance. I taste its herbal bite first sip, but the Grand Marnier quickly takes over, with an orangey gin aftertaste. Almost tastes like there's orange juice in it. Interesting.

Delicious drink! I'm a big fan of the White Lady, as it's prepared in Tokyo, without egg white. This is a very smooth and flavorful variation. (I may try it next time with the wonderful St George's Valley Gin, which is made with California's lovely citrus, to play even more on the orange notes). Well done, Simon! Cheers!

Spot on. Perfect anytime, but we had in the late afternoon. Love the way the ingredients all add their own flavours to the cocktail. Perfectly balanced.
