How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of apricot wedge.

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This is excellent and J. E. Clapham is to be commended for the rebalancing. Curious how different the equal parts original might taste. I used the suggested substitution of bourbon for the Canadian, Lillet Blanc, Rothman & Winter apricot, and Angostura.♡

Slightly drier than I was expecting - but not in a bad way! A very nice sipper indeed.

I thought it was a bit too dry, so I increased the liqueur a little to make it just a bit sweeter, lovely!
