Adapted from a drink discovered in 2003 at Bellagio in Las Vegas, USA. Whether this cocktail is named after Bella Donna, the 1981 debut solo album by Stevie Nicks, or Atropa belladonna the poisonous plant commonly known as belladonna or deadly nightshade is not recorded.
