How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

Created 2018 by Alexey Poltavskiy at Club No. 43, Phuket, Thailand, this cocktail earned him a place in the London final of the Heering Classics Competition.
