How to make:
MUDDLE banana with cachaça and rum in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
3 slice | Banana (overripe) |
1 fl oz | Novo Fogo Silver cachaça |
2/3 fl oz | Bacardi 4 year old gold rum |
1/2 fl oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Nixta liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Fino sherry |
1/6 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) |
