How to make:
MUDDLE banana with cachaça and rum in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
3 slice | Banana (preferably overripe) |
1 fl oz | Cachaça |
2/3 fl oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 3-5 years |
1/2 fl oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Corn/maize liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
1/6 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
