Three Citrus Garibaldi

Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
2 oz Blood orange juice chilled
1 23 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) chilled
1 12 oz Amaro Santoni chilled
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (US) optional
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Orange zest twist (expressed & discarded) and orange wedge rested across rim

How to make:

Squeeze oranges and grapefruits (stored in a refrigerator) using pillar or elbow press and fine strain to remove any flesh. Then BLEND with amaro at high speed (without ice) to make "fluffy" and pour into chilled glass. Fill glass with ice cubes.

nice flavours but i would like a bit more OOMPH. might slap a shot of gin in it to make it nice and hard.
