Review:

When I first tried this (in November 2023) it seemed familiar but I this combination of ingredients didn't already exist on our database. Not the most exciting cocktail I've added to Difford's Guide but it's well-balanced sweet 'n' sour almond-laced flavour will appeal to many and upset few.

Interesting. Perhaps a little too sweet, at the end I added 2 drops of angostura bitter and 2 drops of orange bitter to exhaust the drink.

The Cafe Royal Cocktail Book has a very similar drink with gin called a Yellow Mist. Basically an Army Navy with some added apricot.

Thanks, Joshua. I've added a link to the Yellow Mist above.
